Jungle gym
Jungle Gym is a playful and engaging class designed for young children and their caregivers to explore movement together in a fun, supportive environment. Through imaginative play, creative movement, rhythm, tumbling, and music, this class helps stimulate your child’s learning and development while building confidence and coordination.
Perfect for early learners ready to leap, roll, and groove their way through an exciting movement adventure! This class is a non-performance class.

CLASS: JUNGLE GYM
DAY: Wednesday

Creative Movement Combo
Class focuses on creative expression and both beginning ballet and tap skills. Class sizes are small to build the student teacher relationship and dancers confidence. This class will have the opportunity to perform in the Winter Showcase in December and the Year-end Concert in May.

PREPARATORY TUMBLING
This class focuses on building fundamental motor skills, coordination, and strength through fun and playful tumbling activities. Young students will be introduced to basic movements such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and backbends in a safe and supportive environment. The class encourages confidence, flexibility, and body awareness while laying the groundwork for future skill development. This is a non-performance class.

CLASS: PREPARATORY TUMBLING
DAY: Wednesday
TIME: 4:45 - 5:15 p.m.

MONTHLY TUITION: $42

Hair: hair should be securely tied back.
Class Attire: For safety and ease of movement, students should wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion.
Recommended attire includes leggings or dance shorts paired with a fitted tank top, leotard or sports bra.Clothing must be snug enough to stay in place when students are upside down and to ensure proper spotting.
Footwear: For safety purposes, this class requires dancers to be barefoot.

This beginning-level class focuses on developing fundamental skills in turning, leaping, balance, spotting, and flexibility. Students will work on mastering basic turn and leap techniques, along with flexibility variations, to build strength, coordination, and control essential for dance performance. This is a non-performance class.

TAP 1-2
Tap 1–2 is a beginning-level class that introduces students to the fundamentals of tap dance. Dancers will learn basic tap terminology and foundational steps, while developing proper footwork, rhythm, and timing.
The class focuses on building coordination, musicality, and the ability to translate rhythms into clear tap sounds. Through warm-ups, center floor exercises, and across-the-floor combinations, students will improve balance, alignment, and their understanding of musical interpretation in a fun, energetic setting. This class will have the opportunity to perform in the Winter Showcase in December and the Year-end Concert in May.

TUMBLING 1-2
This class is designed to build a strong foundation in strength, flexibility, and beginning tumbling skills. Students will focus on mastering core movements such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, backbends, cartwheels, and bridges. Emphasis is placed on proper technique and body awareness to support safe and confident progression. As students develop strength and control, they will be introduced to bonus and challenge skills tailored to their individual progress.This is a non-performance class.

Ballet 2 is designed to further develop foundational ballet technique, vocabulary, and alignment awareness. Students will build upon basic skills through structured barre exercises and center work, with increased focus on strength, coordination, and control.
In addition to technical development, students will learn proper class etiquette and begin exploring performance quality and stage presence. This class will have the opportunity to audition for the Nutcracker Tea Party Benefit, perform in the Winter Showcase in December and the Year-end Concert in May.

This class is designed to expand dancers' movement vocabulary, enhance performance quality, and deepen their commitment to movement. The curriculum emphasizes repetition to develop strong, consistent jazz technique. Students will explore choreography in Jazz, Lyrical, and Musical Theater styles. This class will have the opportunity to perform in the Year-end Concert in May.

As they progress, more advanced exercises will be introduced in a supportive environment. This class will have the opportunity to audition for the Nutcracker Tea Party Benefit and perform in the Year-end Concert in May.

The class will also explore choreography in Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Musical Theater styles. This is a non-performance class focused solely on training and technique development.

This class focuses on combining turn patterns, exploring floor work, and developing jumping techniques. HIP HOP 6/7
This high-energy, advanced-level class emphasizes rhythm, coordination, and individual style while encouraging creativity and self-expression. Students will explore power and strength in their movement through a range of hip-hop techniques, including precision-based dance team styles and freestyle. The class focuses on developing intricate choreography, musicality, and performance skills for dancers with extensive experience. Dancers will be challenged with complex movement sequences, explore their unique style, and be pushed to their physical and creative limits. The curriculum also includes work with staging and visual concepts, emphasizing powerful, crisp movement and clean isolations, all while building strong stage presence and artistic confidence. This class will have the opportunity to perform in the Year-end Concert in May.

CLASS: HIP HOP 6/7

TIME: 4:45 - 5:30 p.m.

Hip-hop encourages creative expression and personal style, therefore, class attire should reflect the personality of the dancer.
Class Attire:
Comfortable clothes you can move in (no jeans)
Baggy t-shirts, dance tops, hoodies, etc.
Sweatpants, joggers, shorts, leggings, etc.
Sneakers, high-top sneakers (shoes should be clean - to avoid tracking in rocks and dirt). No flip-flops, sandals, or Crocs
Baseball hats, bucket hats or beanies are welcome
Dance-safe jewelry (please no bracelets or necklaces with individual beads that can break)

Dancer’s conditioning 6/7
Dancer’s Conditioning classes focus on building foundational strength through compound exercises like squats, lunges, deadlifts, and push-ups, all tailored for dancers. Using bodyweight, resistance bands, and light weights, progressive overload ensures steady strength gains. This training enhances joint stability to prevent injuries and improves technique by increasing power, control, and precision. Suitable for dancers of all levels aiming to boost strength, stability, and overall dance readiness. This is a non-performance class focused solely on strength training and injury prevention.

CLASS: DANCER’S CONDITIONING 6/7
DAY: Tuesday
TIME: 4:30 - 5:15 p.m.

Class is 45-minutes per week
MONTHLY TUITION: $51
(charged on the 5th of each month) -
Hair: must be pulled back out of the face, and off the back of the neck.

TURNS & technique - dance team
This class focuses on developing the technical skills needed to execute leaps, jumps, and turns with precision and power. Emphasizing compound movement, turn combinations, floor work, and jumping techniques, students will also explore transitions, extension variations, multiple turns, and improvisation. The class includes targeted strength and flexibility training, conditioning, and focused technique work to support mastery and enhance overall performance. This is a non-performance class.

CLASS: TURNS FOR DANCE TEAM
DAY: Tuesday
TIME: 8:15 - 9:15 p.m.

The class is 1 hour of instruction per week.
MONTHLY TUITION: $60
(charged on the 5th of each month) -
Hair: must be pulled back out of the face, and off the back of the neck.
Class Attire: Fitted dance wear is required!
